Most equipment offered through TimeLock is shipped directly from the manufacturer or authorized supplier via freight carrier. Shipping methods, timelines, and delivery requirements vary by product and manufacturer.

Residential delivery may be available for select products but is not guaranteed

Inside delivery, liftgate service, appointment delivery, or white-glove service may require additional fees
Shipping method and access requirements must be reviewed prior to purchase.
Lead Times
Lead times provided on product pages or during inquiry are estimates based on manufacturer information. Actual delivery timelines may vary due to production schedules, carrier availability, or other factors outside of TimeLock’s control.
TimeLock does not guarantee delivery dates unless expressly stated in writing.
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for:

Shipping Damage
